Return Policy and Warranty

RETURNS AND WARRANTY

FULLMETAL S.L. only accepts returns for possible defects in the product. To make use of the warranty it will be essential to present the product in its original packaging with its original accessories.

The return costs in the case of product or size change is 10 €.

Before sending a product for return it is necessary to contact us at the email info@fullmetal.es. As soon as possible we will contact the customer to check the reasons and inform the terms of the return.

Once we discuss the possible problem that the product may have, we will send a courier to pick up the product. In the event that the product is in poor condition and it is not the customer's responsibility, FULLMETAL will bear the cost of sending the product back and forth.

In the event that the product sent does not have any malfunction, is manipulated or the symptom is not covered by the product warranty, the customer will be responsible for covering the cost of return, labor and parts used to solve the problem.

In the event that the return is a product of clothing or footwear, and you want to change the size, FULLMETAL will offer to change it, but the customer must bear the cost of return shipping.

Weapons and replicas

The warranty period for guns will be 6 months.

We do not accept returns for malfunctioning of the weapons due to misuse, wear and tear or opened, modified or manipulated weapons. The return period for products is 14 calendar days from the reception of the product.

Size changes

In the event that the return is a product of clothing or footwear, and you want to change the size, FULLMETAL will offer to exchange it without any problem, but the customer must bear the cost of sending it back and forth.

Batteries and battery chargers

Batteries and battery chargers have a warranty period of 30 days, considered sufficient to check that they work properly.
