FPS Carbon Fiber Filled Technopolymer Piston Head (XPAVPCF)

Piston head made of technopolymer loaded with carbon fiber, designed for quick bursts and to reduce the noise of the replica thanks to the very small impact surface.

Its adoption lightens the weight of the impact mass composed of piston and piston head with a remarkable reduction of mechanical stresses and noise.

The particular shape of the impact part (conical tapered towards the center) ensures that the ventilation holes are never closed by the rubber seal, without leaving too much air between the seal and the piston seal. All this ensures a perfect anti-vacuum without ever producing a drop in power.

The product is supplied with a technopolymer washer.

The VITON X-ring guarantees a low coefficient of friction and maximum chemical resistance to lubricants.
