After years of study, development, tests and more tests we have finally achieved that all the work is summarized in a preparation of the highest level at the height of our expectations.

We use as a base the Specna Arms ONE Series and/or EDGE Series replicas because we believe that they are the most appropriate bases to achieve brutal results and it is adjusted to the budget of the average player.

You can also apply a CHILLIPOWER preparation to a replica of high end brands such as VFC or Krytac, but in these cases we would add some changes so, if that is your case, consult us before placing your order.

The first thing we do when we receive the order of a CHILIPOWER preparation is to select from our wide stock the replica of the chosen model that offers us the best compression as standard, why do we do that if we are going to change the internals? Because not all the replicas have the same factory alignment and to get the maximum performance we choose the best ones from the factory.

We disassemble all the internal parts of the replica, clean it completely and begin with the installation of the critical parts that will provide the speed, compression, durability and maximum fluidity.

We check for perfect bearing leveling

We install and align the high speed gears.

We install the heart of our preparation, the GATE TITAN electronic trigger.

We installed the reinforced and lightened piston.

We installed a high air flow metal piston head.

We installed cylinder head with Dumper and double o-ring for maximum durability, perfect sealing and high dynamic load capacity.

We change the factory nozzle if we perceive the slightest sealing failure and choose the one that best suits the particular replica.

We apply corrections in the synchronization of the mechanical assembly with the installation of AOE and corrections in feeding with the installation of specific Delayer whenever necessary.

To obtain the maximum response and sensitivity, we install Nova trigger from GATE or similar that gives us all the possibilities of trigger travel adjustment.

The mechanical assembly is elevated with the installation of a Hi Performace high speed, high torque motor with a 35,000 rpm turning rate.

With the GearBox finished, we move on to the Hop and Barrel assembly.

We install the Retroarms chamber, chosen by the best mechanics for their INFINITY preparations; 60º rubber hop and barrel with Reaming and internal lapping, Smoothing Calibration and Ultrasonic Polishing.

We assemble upper with lower, we align and center millimetrically the gearbox and the hop chamber and we move on to the electronic configuration phase.

We connect the replica to the GATE CONTROL STATION and adjust the parameters of Sensitivity, Rate of fire, Pre load, Cycle, etc. Firing and chrono tests are performed in the workshop and we check again that the selected parameters do not produce errors in the control station.

Once the work is finished in the workshop, we go on to the final tests and adjustments in our shooting range, where we perform about 700 shots to ensure performance, reliability, range and accuracy that will leave you with your mouth open, WE GUARANTEE IT .....
