Comtac III Types

Single com

They allow you to connect a single ptt and have stereo audio on both headsets. This is the most common configuration.

Dual com

Dual com headphones allow you to have two radios with two independent ptt. These headphones split the audio depending on which radio is playing at the moment.

Types of support

ARC bracket

The most common bracket for helmet mounted headphones. Allows for pressure and height adjustment.

Headband

The classic headband support system, ideal for use with a cap or a chapeau. The headband is comfortable and allows a better grip even than helmet mounts.

RAC bracket

The RAC bracket is the most modern helmet bracket. Imitating opscore's RAC, it allows the headset to fit better than classic helmet mounts.
